CHICK eye will close for hours then open! What is wrong?

I have a hatching of 6 chicks that are 3 days old. One of my chicks I noticed on day 2 had 1 closed eye. By nighttime, both eyes were closed and stayed closed for the rest of the day. With both eyes closed, she obviously had trouble getting around to find food and water. The next day, I went outside to take a picture to put on BYC and both eyes were open! Case solved I though! Then today, both eyes are again closed. ANY GUESSES ANYONE?

I actually started a thread about something similar the other day but didnt get a response. My chick seems to be better, too. I have no idea what was going on but it was bizarre! Mine was a Buckeye, and my other Buckeye chick had died so I worried maybe it was something wrong with them. But thankfully she is better and not doing the eye thing now.
