Chick fading fast.. help!

I just hatched out 3 chicks in the incubator, one hatched with some problems but i gave that chick some medicine and he was doing really good. but he started getting really week and just last night died my silkie also had the same symptoms and died last night as well.. now i have another chick who was really healthy yesterday getting really week and having the same syptoms as the other ones.. what should i do!?

What i posted is all i know. besides the age, (5 days) pictures wouldnt help because you cant tell anything is wrong without watching the chick.
i think the chick may have slight diarea but i am not sure.. because it kinda looks like the poop they first poop when they hatch..?

What medicine did you give?
What food are you using?
What kind of bedding are they on?
What is the temp in the brooder?

I gave the yellow chick poly-vi sol baby vitamins without iron and they are in pine shavings, i have incubated and hatched befor and this has never happened befor..?
even one of the older chickens died so im thinking its some sort of virus..?

It might be a virus. It might be bacterial. It might be many things. As Ranchhand said, to be able to help, you need to answer some questions about the chicks and also the older bird who died. She/he gave a link to a thorough list of questions that can help diagnose an illnesss. Please look at that link and respond to each question.

Is the polyvisol the "medicine" you gave? It is a vitamin, not an antibiotic, and thus will not treat bacterial infections, only nutritional deficiencies or imbalances.

Most folks don't put chicks on shavings until they are at least a week old--sometimes they eat them and get stopped up.

We also need to know more about the "older chickens" you lost.

By the way, the babies - are they eating? Are you seeing them all eat? I would highly suspect starve out at five days as they've had three days where they don't necessary supposedly need to eat, one where they should, and the fifth where they'll die if they don't.

Try moistening the crumbles and getting those babies to eat. Also try using a little mashed BOILED egg yolk, or yolks and whites processed very very very fine in a food processor. Sometimes it's easier for them to pick up this food and not crumbles.

As for the older birds, how old, and what feed is everyone eating? Do you have them all together? What is the brooder temperature? Are they drinking? Do you see each one of them, literally each baby, drinking and eating? Are you feeding them amprolium medicated chick starter crumbles?
