Chick Falls and Can't Get Up

We had a batch of Easter Eggers hatch over the weekend. We have one chick who is kinda lopsided. She walks as if she is dizzy, stumbling. When she falls, she always falls on her right side, and can't get up again.When I right her, she can drink and eat normally, stands and stumbles around, trying to act like a normal chick, but within a few minutes she falls again. What is going on with her? Any ideas? They have a clean brooder, heat lamp, medicated Start and Grow, plenty of clean water, and all the other chicks are fine.

I have isolated her with another chuck who was spraddle legged. The later has had get legs fastened with a band aid, but is still weak. They are keeping each other company in the hospital ward.
