Chick falls to its side

This baby chick just falls to its side, i have tried a splint to widen leg set , taping feet i dont know what it is or how to help it , i thought i would ask on here before i euthanize the little baby. I have given nutridrench,electrolites to drink and chick food made into a gruel so it drinks from the spoon it cant do anything on its own

How is the chick doing today? Still eating, drinking, pooping?
