Chick feather

I have lavender birds and they are 7 weeks old but one of them jumped out and when I tried to grab her she freaked out and just lost a feather will she be fine?

She might be losing feathers cause she growing but then she lost two feathers which were big then another big one today

Sounds like a juvenile molt. As chicks grow they outgrow feathers and replace them with appropriately sized feathers. Think how silly a grown chickens would look if they still had the same feathers they had at five weeks of age.

That make sence I was just worried because she keeps losing them or like today their two that are loose and about to fall off but thank you for the response

Also question so she tried to jump on the coop like she always does and when she tried she couldn’t but then later she did but today when she tried she lost two more feathers but our other one who also lavender is fine
