I don't think it really what I'd call damage. More just uneven growth. Should even out in time. Or after the first molt it'll be fixed for sure.

And just one off chick topic do u know if u can get Dutch in milli fluer colour I have a breeder who has a little pullet that milli fluer but I'm not sure if I should purchase it as I cant find that much info about them online

They are out there. But its an uncommon color pattern in Dutch.

If you want to help digestion, ensure they have plenty of grit freely available and consider fermenting feed.
