Chick flooring?

At what age can I switch my chicks from their towel floor to pine shavings? I do deep litter with the adults but I'm not sure how it goes with chicks. They're 9 and 10 days old now and I would really like to switch them to regular shavings instead of towels.

Should be fine now, as far as I know. I have buttons and all of mine are parent raised, but they have shavings from day one. At 10 days they should have figured out what's food a long time ago, so I can't imagine shavings would be a problem.
