Chick foot problem

One of our keeets has a foot thats a bit smaller than the other. She can walk, but she hesitates a bi,. lays down a lot, and sometimes holds her foot up and shakes it. (almost looks like it's vibrating) whats wrong, and is there a way to fix it?
