I ordered 24 chicks from Meyer Hatchery and they arrived yesterday morning. I had ordered three of there Frizzle Easter Eggers. Two arrived in good condition however I noticed the last one was acting weird, stumbling around with head look upward. I did a closer examination and found that she did have eyes. I slicked down the fluffy around where her eyes should be with warm water and there is nothing but skin and feathers. She seem to be in perfect otherwise and is doing fine with the others however she can’t find her way to the food and water. She will drink if I prompt her to but food she will only eat if I pry open her break and put it in her mouth. Is there something else I could feed her that she would take more easily? I know this is a weird one but if any has advice on what to do in this situation I would much appreciate it.

Here she is…

She's a disabled chick. Sometimes they don't develop like they should, just like with people. You have a couple options here - you can keep her and maybe even make her an indoor pet with assistance or you can dispatch her. It's entirely up to you.
