11 week old chick standing in corner with eyes closed

Thank you! How many times did you do the Cori’s drench?
I actually did it twice a day, for 3 days. I've seen some recommendations for just once per day for 3 days, some for just one drench dose and done, and some for twice a day for 1 to 3 days. So I went with the twice a day for 3 days because my 2 that were presenting the worst didn't seem to respond at first. Then suddenly, on day 3 for one and day 2 for the other, like a switch was flipped. They were back to normal like nothing was ever wrong.

Did you clean out their coop afterwards? Is that necessary?

I've been told that it isn't necessary since Cocci is ubiquitous in the soil. But I still felt like I should clean it to a point. So what I did was pull out anything that isn't a permanent fixture (like perching items, etc) and cleaned those well. I put in all new shavings, and I cleaned all the roost bars. They aren't using nest boxes yet so that wasn't a concern. I already wash all the feeders and waterers with soapy water every day anyway. I let everything dry in the sun and moved it all back in. But even so, the protozoa will still be in your soil, as it is literally everywhere. But getting the areas the birds' feet touch and where they're pecking cleaned up just seemed like a good idea to me. But as far as like, spraying and scrubbing coop walls and all? I didn't go that far, and I personally don't believe it would be necessary.
