Eye growth

I noticed this eye growth on my 2 month chicken and not sure what is it. Is this treatable and what should I do? I noticed she has trouble closing her eye so it seems to be bothering her. Please help!!

Could she have been pecked in her eye? It looks like the conjunctiva (the pink tissue) around her eye might be protruding and another chicken might have pecked at it or she could have scratched it. I would rinse her eye with some saline or Bausch and Lomb Eye Relief eye wash. Then apply either Terramycin eye ointment or Neosporin ointment at least twice a day. Can you see a vet?

There not a vet near me at least not one that see chickens but I will try what you recommend thank you!
