Growth on chickens eye

Growth on her eye. Seems like its gotten a little bigger. Haven't investigated fully, any ideas?

Could it be some debris stuck in the eye? It's the same color as the dirt surrounding the eye lid.

I'd flush the eye really well with saline, investigate, take some more photos. If it's debris then remove it if possible.

If it's a lump, you can put some Terramycin eye ointment on it.
