chick gasping for air (small clicking as she gasps)

Here's some questions first: does she have enough water and is the water clean? Are you using a heat lamp? If she doesn't have enough water or it isn't clean give her some fresh, clean water and lots of it, and if you are using a heat lamp, make sure she can get out of the heat if she needs to.
Other than that, she could be "pasting up", so check her vent for poop that might be blocking it up. If there she is pasting up, press a cloth dampened with warm water to the chick's vent and keep doing so until the vent is clear. This happens to chicks if they are stressed or if they have moved into a new place. She could also have a respiratory problem, so look into some of those. Anyways, make sure she has plenty of clean, fresh water, and maybe give her some electrolytes. Good luck and I hoped this helped some.

Thank you, she has plenty of fresh water and food. She is not eating as she keeps her eyes closed except when she is chirping which she only does when I'm messing with her. I will try the pasting poop thing however she just pooped again and it was a little more runny. I'll post a pic of the new poop. Should I worm her with Ivemec? If so, how much, she is only about a week old

Was she vaccinated for Marek's disease? If she's pooping, it might not be pasty butt, but if it's diarrhea that could be a bad sign. Marek's is very common in chicks, and it sounds like it's possible she might have it.

Should I give Ivermec? If so how much of the injectable kind (that's all I have) She wasn't vaccinated for Marek's but none of my flocks are or ever have been. I've had my chickens for about 5 years now and they just hatch babies so I'm not exposing them to new chickens so I didn't know I needed to :/ I will research that, but if no diarrhea then any other suggestions

No i wouldn't give her Ivermec, she is to weak. You gave her correct dosage of Tylan 50? Temp in brooder?

ok, the temp is 92, she now acts like she's trying to fall over. I've been trying to get her to eat but she doesn't take in much. Last night I encouraged her to eat a little black bug... I checked her crop (empty) and she is still pooping but could it have been the bug? Also, she was in with two other chicks and they are a couple days younger than her.... they seem fine. I have her separated now of corse but just wanted to add that

Ok, she was just disoriented or something because she/he is not falling over now. Also, She has pooped 6 times in the last hour or so... that is more than she normally has been. Is that good or bad?
