chick gasping hatched today did not make it any ideas?

A chick hatched today and was okey for 9hrs and then was gasping a lot the poor thing did'nt make it

does anyone know what may have happened?

I don't think so haven't had a problem with any of the others that hatched at the same time, The temp has stayed about the same as the last lot that hatched.
Hope the rest will be okey
