Chick has a cricked beak.

I just noticed today that one of the silkies chick that hatched and is now 3ish weeks, has the bottom beak cricked. How can I fix it? I tried adjusting it back to normal to see if it would snap back in place, but didn't. Is this a serious thing? Thanks for any replies.

Sadly I don't need help anymore. She passed away from the hot weather today while I was gone.
