chick has a lump

we have just noticed that our 4 week old chick has got a rather large lunp on the right side of its chest it is still lively and itself but i am rather worried and wouldered if you could help me and tell me what to do please

You are doing everything just fine ~ the lump is it's crop and just a sign that it has plenty to eat! As it digests it's food the lump will go down.
