Chick has red blob on stomach and looks like it needs help

Its just some unabsorbed yolk. Keep it in the incubator and keep the humidity in the 60s so it stays moist. You don't want the yolk to dry out. Remove any other chicks asap after they hatch because they'll peck it and make it worse. It should absorb on its own though. And flip him over, don't let him lay on his back. You can put him in a paper towel lined bowl if he continues to flip over.

Also is mouth opening and closing (it looks like when they drink water not like panting) a sign of absorbing yolk?

Good. Uh, yeah...you can most it. Just be gentle, and don't use too much. Also, only use filtered water.

Yep, that induces the contractions. We call it yawning, usually.
