Chick has slightly curved toe

Here's a picture. It's an assisted hatch chick and I had to tape it's feet for the past 3 and a half days, but this one foot I can't get straight enough because it squirms around a lot of course when I tried to put the tape on. I don't think it's just me that the toes are slightly curved still. I know this won't cause much of an issue in the future but do you think it'll still be effective to try the tape shoe?

I actually have a quail with toes like this and I just realized today that it's because I helped him hatch, after 4 years :gig

I guess I wouldn't be too concerned about her toes, but I think I might try a little longer as long as she doesn't object too much.

I didn't have great luck trying to make cardboard-and-tape shoes for my Cochin Bantam; if her toes had turned out as nicely as yours, I would have been happy. Good luck!
