if the picture shows properly she sort of just seems to let her wings droop. She is eating and drinking properly. She also seems to always have her feathers fluffed. This picture was taken after she was inside the house for about 20 minutes.

Is her beak damaged on her right side, or does it look normal to you? It almost looks fractured. She looks lethargic and weak, and her wings are hanging while she is standing puffed up. What does her poop look like? I would think that she might be very dehydrated and possibly have coccidiosis, just from her appearance, but her beak concerns me. Can you get her drinking some water and put some watery feed in a bowl to see if she will take some? I would be tempted to bet some Corid right away and treat your chickens. How old is she?

She does look cold to me too. I have a hest lamp in the coop that the other chciks her age (including her) aren't huddling under. The other chicks her age are also walking around not fluffed like this. I gave her some nutri drench and will continue that regimen for a few days.

She is 8ish weeks old. I have watched her both eat and drink without issues. I brought her inside to see her poop and it looked very normal to me. Not runny and came out without any issues.

Does her top beak seem longer than the others? If the heat lamp does not perk her up, I would still consider getting Corid and starting treatment for possible coccidiosis. It is very common between 3-6 weeks and older. Corid dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid, or 1.5 tsp of the powder per each gallon of water for 5-7 days. Make aure that she drinks normally or give some undiluted Corid as a drench 0.1-0.2 ml twice daily.

I don't see any thing about her Beak, though wonder about her leg bands. They would not cause this posture I think, but if they are too small will injure her permanently later.
