I’ve got a chick that hatched overnight last night and she’s in the brooder with a chick that hatched almost 2 days ago. There have been several times where I’ve looked in the brooder and found the newest one laying on her back. Is this something I need to worry about?

Can this chick walk and eat/drink on her own?
Photos of the chicks and brooder would be good.
I would get some Poultry Nutri-Drench and give her 2-3 drops twice a day. Finding on her on her back is a concern, especially if she's unable to right herself.
