Chick Hatched 2 hours ago and attempts to stand but can't. Please help

I had a chick hatch 2 hours ago, and it is clearly trying to stand up and walk, but is unable to do so. All it can do is scoot backwards. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this issue. I still have it in the incubator since the other chicks picked on it. Down in the link below is a video of what the chick is doing.

The little guy should be fine. It normal for other chicks to take a bit longer to move around. But if its not getting any better till around the 3rd or 5th day you might need to get worried. But all shall be well.

Being that it just hatched, it'll like find it's footings soon, some take longer than others. They are wobbly in general for the first couple days. Is this your first time incubating?

Give it time! I had one last hatch that didn't truly get its feet underneath itself until around 24 hours

its totally fine. Just needs time. Its learning how to walk for the first time! Good luck with them!
