Chick hatched Day 22 - deformed legs, wrong position.

Hi, this is my first hatch & the first 22 out were a breeze. I assisted this one at Day 22 after pipping with the others & nothing further for a long time. It was a posted egg, with calcium deposits on the large end. She hatched more towards the small end. She is trying to stand but her feet & toes don't appear to be working.
What should I do (if anything)?
