chick hatched early

Should I take this hatched one out other wise he is going to be in there a long time waiting for the others,he hatched at 60% humidity

Totally up to you. A chick can stay in the bator for 3 days w/o food or water because of the absorption of the yolk. I don't think I have personally left one in more than 12 hours. Figure out what you are comfortable with and go with that.

Well another has pipped now too and the hatched chick has gone very quiet and is resting on an egg.
I'm figuring that a hen wouldn't sit on her eggs for 48 hours without moving off for a bit or a chick getting from under her which would effect the humidity of those eggs too so I may take it out later if there is no more movement with the pips, although one pip has a small hairline crack which could be the beginning of a zip

I'll give the other viewpoint. Amy takes them out, and is successful. I leave them, and am successful. You were stressed out because one was early, and the others had pipped with no action for hours. Now they are picking up steam. This is the time when I would absolutely not open the incubator. You are having a good hatch, and the peepers will cheer the others on. Amy would take them out when they dry, I would go to sleep and see how many more I had in the morning. Totally up to you

I don't wait until they are dry anymore. Not since the fan incident...those babies start moving I start pulling....lol It is a fact...I have tested this theory (and use recorded chirping) that hearing others chirp, live or recorded will keep them motivated to do their thing. And sleep??? What is that during hatch time??

I've taken him out and he (funny how we say he) is now settled under the heatplate,I'm worried about one that pipped the same time as this one now as no progress made,I've got a pip almost at the top of an egg too, this is stressful but I can't keep myself away from the incubator now,my back is aching like crazy lol

NO! The fan kits that you get for the styro bators are open faced. At least this one is. Sad thing is another nebiew had just mentioned being worried about the fan as she had accidently hit her hand on it and it hurt and I said, "I've never had a chick get hurt on it." About a week later 2 in the same day got nailed by stretching out under it. One just chipped a bit of the beak , little blood, but he was alright (can't even tell you which one it is now,) but the other almost scalped himself on it. I thought he was going to loose sight in the one eye, but I kept antibiotic on the head and above the eye and he's done good. Probably will always have a scar or missing feathers there. Now I'm scared to let them move freely around in there. I am looking at getting a different bator, but I haven't looked into how the fan is set up in the other one, I think it's the same.

I never say "he". I say "she" until proven wrong!
This will go on for 2 days. I like joking around a lot, but I would seriously wait. It sounds like you are having a great hatch. The one that had been making so much noise calmed down when it had company. That's the way it goes when the hatch is good and everyone is comfortable. They will all be squawking, stumbling around, then all go quiet at one time and lay down and rest. Then they will all wake up at one time again. It's like watching waves crash into a beach. See the picture I posted? Notice how dry the chicks are? There were six of them in there then, and by the same time the next day I had 22 beautiful, healthy, and dry easter eggers
