Chick hatched has a red bag thing stuck to it!!!

I just came home and a hatched chicken has a red bag on it and it's stuck and dragging it around what it is will the chick live!!!

I put the chick in a bowl in the incubator with vaseline on the bottom so it won't get torn off!!! How long till I know the chick will live or not seems healthy walking around and chirping a lot!!! Don't know what to do Iam keeping in the incubator in a bowl!!!
HELP Iam a stress wreck!!!

It looks like it didn't quite absorb the yolk all they way. You don't need to keep it moist, it is better to let it dry out and fall off. Make sure the other chicks don't peck at it. The chicks should be fine otherwise.

Alright thank u can I wash the chick with dawn soap cause it has vaseline all over it and it won't fluff up!!
