One sticky chick and more coming

Hi all, I've had one chick hatch, and it has gel-like gunk stuck and have a bunch more due to hatch. My humidity had a drop to 40% overnight, but is now back up. What can I do to save the rest???

They should be okay. It actually should have raised the humidity as it hatched so maybe it wasn't at 40% for so long. I'm sure the others should be hatching or at least pipping by now.
