Chick hatched with blood

Help we tried to carefully help this chick that has been trying to pip out of it shell for the past 36 hours. Carefully chipped away some of the shell. The chick pushed itself out the rest of the way but is left with a small amount of blood. Should I be doing anything or it the chick doomed ?

It will probably be fine, I'd just leave it alone for now. I've had them bleed a lot more than that and live.

I've had a situation where a day old chick had a ruptured yolk sack and even though we tried separating her, she died a few hours later. Does it look like there is a bloody something protruding out of her behind?

Yes just a small amount of blood protruding

I'm not a professional or anything, but I think you should separate her just in case because the other chicks will peck at it and make it worse.

If it’s just a small amount of blood then I would leave it but keep an eye on her just in case. It may be a good idea to separate her until it goes away.

Thanks I moved the other 8 chicks to the brooder they were all fluffed up and left her in the incubator with heat on.

Update blood appears to be drying up fine and chick is more active
