I had a very good hatch rate with my most recent hatch. 15 in total, but the last 3 needed help hatching. The first one I helped seemed completely normal, and so did the second one at first. But when the second one flipped over on its back its underside looked CLEAR! Like I could literally see some bones and organs moving in there. Then I had to help the third one, and it started bleeding a lot. I wasn't sure if it was gonna make it but they all did and look perfectly fine now. I don't think that one has clear skin anymore but its hard to see under the fluff. Could it just be it was underdeveloped? I dont have any pictures unfortunately.

It's because they didn't hatch on their own and needed to finish absorbing the yolk. I'd shut the incubator lid, keep the humidity up to around 60-70%, and let them rest for 12 or more hours. Even if they get dry and fluffy, wait if it appears they have leg/neck issues. Some of those resolve themselves with more time in the incubator.

Pipped eggs can take up to 24 hours to hatch.

Yes they were taking longer than 24 hours and were starting to get shrink wrapped. They all act fine now and no longer have clear skin, but I just thought it was strange
