Chick hatched with yolk still attached

We just hatched a batch of barnyard mixes and this little one still has it's yolk attached to it. We have only hatched once before and I have never seen this. Is this chick going to be ok?

It looks more like cord and membrane goo than yolk to me. How is it doing now? As long as it doesn't bleed and there are no other chicks in there to peck it, I'd let it go and see if it detaches itself if it hasn't alredy. You can cut it by the "navel" but don't ever pull it.
