Weak chick

This little guy hatched around 20 hours ago but still hasn’t really moved much. Just an few rolls and a couple tweets.
I’ve removed the other chick from the incubator as it kept pecking at it . Any suggested on how I can strengthen it up also can someone advise if the yolk sack has fully absorbed. I’m an amateur to this. Thank you

I would leave your little duckling in the incubator until it is fluffed up and moving around like your other one. Another 24 hours it should be fine. They can live off of their yolk they absorbed for 48 hours.

If it's still weak at that point, you might have to syringe feed it, but I don't think it'll come to that.
