Chick having neck problems

Looks like this chick might have wry neck or something. It looks like it can't really move it's neck. Not sure how this would happen they are only a few days old

Sometimes they can hatch that way.

I'd work on hydration, see if she will eat wet mushy feed. Also start Vitamin Therapy.

Go to your Walmart, CVS, etc. and buy a bottle of Vitamin E (400IU) and B-Complex. Give him 1 vitamin E pill and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily for a couple of weeks. Offer him a treat of egg or tuna to help with the uptake of E.
