Try some apple cider vinegar in her water. ! Tablespoon to a gallon or so.
Also be careful with the dropper, make sure you dont get it down in her lungs, just
put it in her mouth, dont shoot it down the throat.

Good luck and keep us updated. I had one that breathed hard like that make it, he's fine
now but he breathed like that for most of his chickhood.
