It's been awhile (years) since we've posted...who knew raising chickens and selling eggs would be the biggest business endeavor that continues to flourish moment by moment!
In 2007, I started off with 2 hens and 1 rooster...added to the pack....and BOOM!
...Since the year of 2011: I have earned my business license, registered as an egg handler, certified the eggs, etc., while following all regulations in animal and food safety acts...all from selling the "too many eggs for personal consumption" at the local farmers markets.
It has been a beautiful ride and would not be successful for our community of supporters!!
We look forward to the continued expansion to keep up with the demands of our product while keeping our hens happy and healthy!!
