Chick hurt ?

Does it feel like only food in there? Do you see the other lump in your picture on her left front? What does that feel like?
If that is the crop, it's not in the right place, and I've no idea why it would be there other than deformity. Does the crop ever empty? Try to feel it first thing in the morning before she's had access to food or water, see if it's smaller then. If she's pooping normally, then the crop should be going down. If it is a deformity, and that's hard to know from a picture, then sometimes chicks that have one will have more, some not obvious. So more may be going on inside, it's just very hard to know. I would examine her and feel for any skeletal abnormalities that may not show up with just a visual check, compare with one of the others that is healthy. She could possibly have ingested something she can't pass, but droppings would usually look different. I'm a bit stumped.
She wasn’t born with anything wrong. She running around fine until last Thursday. I did check her crop and does go down. She been eating|drinking and figured out how to get around. She just up right and waddling. I did check her back and limbs and I’m not an expert but It feels okay. She’s the smallest out of the 9 chicks. When I try to get her in position everything is tight like she doesn’t want to too.

Have you started some B complex supplementing? B12 alone does not have everything she may need. Riboflavin and Thiamine are both very important for birds and deficiencies in those can cause some really odd symptoms sometimes. Since she's smaller she may not be absorbing nutrients as well as the others. I highly recommend that you get a B complex or super B complex tablet or capsule to supplement with, since she's small give her 1/4 to 1/2 daily.

Thank you I’ve been trying b12. I will switch
How long do I give her B complex?

It depends on whether you see a difference or not. It could be very quick, if that's what it is, or it could take several weeks. Once you start, update here with any changes.
