Chick in incubator

Should i be worried about the other pipped eggs in the incubator? A freshly hatched chick is knocking into pipped eggs and turning them upside down. Will this cause a problem for the others to hatch?

I usually take the chicks out after they have dried somewhat. Many people will probably disagree with this but it works fine for me.
