Chick in incubator

Should i be worried about the other pipped eggs in the incubator? A freshly hatched chick is knocking into pipped eggs and turning them upside down. Will this cause a problem for the others to hatch?

I take the chicks out after they have dried a bit and put them in their brooder. I'm sure many will disagree with this but it works for me.
