Chick Injured Need help. New to Raising Chicks.

Hi Everyone,

I found this website by browsing for some help regarding a chick that was pecked. But right now there is a more pressing concern. This other chick was hatched about a day or two ago and is very ill. I have attached a picture of the condition currently. And advice on how to take care of the chick would be appreciated. I fed him some water.

How long does this situation exist? From hatching? Or did it develop?
how did the hatch of this chicken go?

what do I see on the belly? Blood? Poop?
can it move it’s legs and feet at all?
is the vet an option? Just in case...
