Chick introduction

I have a 4-5 week old ameraucana that I am trying to introduce to my existing flock of eight. However, she is deathly afraid of all of the chickens, and runs up into the coop. She never comes down on her own and I have to take her down and make sure she eats and drinks. Obviously I can't do this 24/7, so I was wondering what I should do.

How old is the rest of the flock? If they are adult size, you most likely will have to raise the chick separately until it is about the same size as the others. It works best to do this where they can see and hear each other. Introduction may still be a bit rough.

I have two adult chickens and 3 older pullers and two younger pullets. So I should separate them? From what I read is that out should let them figure it out
