Chick is not thriving :(

We got three more chicks 2 days ago... 2 are lively and fine, 1 is sitting still cheeping loudly and seems off balance, hardly moving. Ideas? They are 4 days old now

The naked necks are a little older, we just got the three smaller chicks

Put it where the heat source is to warm up, & put vitamins, & electrolytes in the water for energy boost?

Ok, doing that now, she fell into the water too, now she's in the warmth of the heat lamp and laid down.
