Both these are sussex chicks. One died 2 days back and these two are sick too.

Vaccinations done till now are:-
New Castle Disease and infectious bronchitis.

Still look at these two, one seems to be dying....
They are breathing heavily.

AGE is almost 1.5 months.

What should I do?

Also, please tell me what vaccination schedule should I follow?

What does the poop look like?
Adding your location to your profile is helpful so we can give you better suggestions.

It looks like your chick has some swelling to the eye? Any mucous from the nostrils?

Seeking vet care is always best so you get a proper diagnosis.

I can only guess, but I feel that you may be dealing with 2 things. Coccidiosis and respiratory illness.

You can find Corid at most feed stores for treatment of Coccidiosis. Injectable Tylan50 can be used treat respiratory symptoms.

The eye does not look good on this little one. Flush it with saline and apply an ophthalmic ointment like Terramycin or Vetericyn.

Do your best to keep them drinking and see if they will eat some wet chick starter.
I'm sorry for your losses.

I was going to edit my previous post, but just decided to add this.

I just looked at your previous thread https://www.backyardchickens.com/th...hick-not-moving-around.1239752/#post-19895489 and you mention that you were having problems beforehand. You had a post mortem with a diagnosis of Newcastles and Gumboro (Infectious Bursal Disease-IBD). Since I found that information, I would be more inclined that your chicks are suffering from the same illnesses. Vaccinations do not always provide protection. It is best to consult your vet/lab - whoever gave you confirmation previously to see if these diseases are the cause and how you can prevent this or get it under control.
