chick is staying still

i got two more chicks today, but one of the new ones just keeps staying still and keeping its eyes close. i put their beak in the water and it open its eyes and drink, and tried to get of my hand. but the moment i put him down he just doesnt move, any idea why this is happening ? update the chick i step on is okay !!!! love one his new frineds, probably a brother or sister cause i got them from the same person

May just be exhausted from the journey, or malnutrition / dehydration. Doesn't look thin to me though. Could be cold, trying to warm itself up by resting in the heat or could be sick.

It's only been about 5 months since we ever had chicks and I think it has to be much hotter than that I think 90 to 95... Someone else please correct me if I'm wrong because I don't want to send out the wrong information but I'm pretty sure 80 is too cool.
