Chick isn't soft like the others and has lump

My one black chick isn't soft and fluffy like the others. It's feather are more corse and doesn't has as much fluff as the other 5. It also has a lump on the side of its neck. He's always been the runt of the others and now that the others are getting soft and fluffy, it's worrying me. Is there something that could be making this happen? Or maybe an idea of what the lump is?

Chicks have crops on the right upper chest under the neck that store the food and water until it moves on to the digestive tract. In young chicks it can look prominent when they have just eaten. Try to distinguish that from what you are seeing. A leaking air sac could also be possible from and injury. Do you see any signs of pecking on the spot? Perhaps the chick is a different breed from your others. It hasn't really started growing in it's feasthers just yet.

I think you are right! It's just his crop. Thank you so much for your reply. He is a different breed so I'm hoping he is just younger and will fluff up soon it's just funny looking at them all and seeing all the puffy chicks and this little guy who I can see some of his skin.
