Chick just hatched!! Question about its rear. ..pic included

No, it's not. I can't tell from the photo if it is excrement or strangulated yolk. The rest of the hatch looks good, receded blood vessels, nice moist membrane...just keep her warm and dry and let her come around.
 
The stuff fell off, now another one zipping.......
