Here is updated pics of the chick. We've had her foot taped flat (as flat as we could get it) and legs taped together since Saturday evening. These pics are from monday evening. Let me know if anyone has any ideas or input.

Glad your chick is doing well! You should also be treating with vitamin therapy instead of just trying to fix the symptom but not the cause. See hatching link..Here is updated pics of the chick. I have given poly vi sol with syringe twice but am concerned about aspiration. Any tips are giving vitamins? Thank you for the link! The information is so detailed. What do you mean by wet Hatcher tray? The type of incubator? Thanks for your help.Glad your chick is doing well! I don't buy wet hatcher tray as a reason. Out of a thousand or more chicks hatched in the same conditions only a very few even had that.
Sincerely.
With our 2 wry neck chicks we put the vitamins in a syringe and about 4 times a day I would get them out and bip Thier beek in the syringe. They would lick it off their beek. Vitamin e is thick and sticky though. Was a bit scared of hurting them forcing beak open as new to chickens. First one was in our first hatch. She can get around but hopping and using her wings. I dont think she can use the leg willingly. Like she doesnt have the ability to put it down, straighten it, move it, etc. The joint is very stiff and will not fully straighten easily and I haven't tried force. The tendon is visible and can be moved slightly one way or the other but I don't even know which way it supposed to go. Theres a scab on the side from a scrap which makes it really hard to tell what's supposed to be where. That first picture looks like you can see the shape of the end of the bone under the skin with the bulge on the side looks like the tendon that should be in the bone groove.
Can she get around? Is she using it at all?
