Chick just standing around?

So, we recently got 10 chicks from our feed store. There is one Americauna that just stands around a lot of the time. Good poops, eating and drinking pretty good, but often I will find it just standing there.
Should I add electrolytes to the water or something?

Usually, its eyes are closed when standing but is alert.

Ya. If it don't drink it, put some in a little bit of feed and give it to the chick by itself.

Only a couple days old.
They are in a temporary brooder right now because theirs broke. It's just a cardboard box. Do you still want a picture? They'll be out of it in about 1 day and I'll see if the standing continues
