Chick leg problem

I have a chick that hatched yesterday. It has problems with 1 leg only. It's like the leg doesn't want to bend and sticks out. It also falls over on it's back a lot or in it's side and just lays there. It's been breathing fast, not panting, just faster than others. The straight leg also twitches when the chick is not upright (which is laying almost flat). I've been researching and not sure if it's spraddle leg or something else.

Maybe a slipped tendon. Those usually can't be fixed.

very well could have been bad genetic make up or nutrition of flock or time of year we can only guess, I notice my fertility rate goes down and have more issues like this about a week sometimes 2 if they are going into molting too.
