Chick lost blood hatching, now its not moving....

My chick was an early hatcher, he bled from his navel alot.

He is an Ixworth, so there maybe inbreeding problems.

Anyhow, he is just laying in the incubator and breathing. His eyes are closed and he occasionally blunders about. He is now 13 hours old and I dont think its normal.

The others are as follows; one hatched and ok, apart from splayed legs which I have started to correct with help from here; and two pipped. These are all silkies.

If he has to be culled I am not sure how long to wait, I hate to see him suffering.

I'm sorry you are having troubles with that baby. I don't know how to help but wanted to wish you the best of luck with it.

He is now on his feet...phew....he is in the brooder and has eaten and been drinking, a complete transformation; and thanks so much for your support.
