Chick mayhem in the brooder and Mr. Lookdown (weird chick)

This AM I found out that 3 day old chicks when running full blast can squirt right though chicken wire. They poured out like lemmings off a cliff. I ran all over the garage trying to catch them. I accidentally squashed one moving a bag trying to catch another. All in all it was a disastrous morning. So, out of a 50% hatch, I lost one to trauma and the rest look OK except one has a bloody wing (which is now healing nicely) and one has a weird look - he is looking down all the time. See his pic below. He is eating and drinking OK but he just looks a little weird. Anyway, I again lost about 10 eggs from day 18-21 again and I'm not sure why. There was one pretty rotten one so perhaps infection? Anyway, 18 living now and 23 out in the yard in the big pen who are now 5 weeks, so that is a good start to a hobby farm flock. The andulasian chicks that came out blue are super cute!

I'd get Mr. Lookdown some vitamins- could be crookneck, a mild case? A few drops of Poly-Vi-Sol (children's liquid vitamins, you can get them at the drugstore) WITHOUT iron, for a few days could help out...
