Chick might be dying ,help!!

I have 3 baby silkie chicks ,last night there were a lot of bugs and they went on feeding frenzy .Today I noticed one of the chick was really weak ,it could barely stand up .It kept falling over and was letting its head fall behind .What should I do?

What kind of bugs were they eating? Any chance the sick one ate a caterpillar? You might want to try giving your chick activated charcoal and milk of magnesia.

I fed him some antibiotics, he can now balance himself but he is still drowsy and won't open his eyes
