Chick moving into coop with older hens

I have found it is a difference experience every time I introduce chicks to the coop have put a brooder in the out side pen for awhile,
just added chick at night with a cover, don't it all . I find depends on the hens, the chicks and the Gods above? How about anyone else?

I would agree, there's so many variables that every time is different, but all have been pretty easy. I think troubles come when they are crowded or confined too much.

I like penning them within the coop for about a week before beginning to let them mingle under supervision.
