Chick not growing comb

My chick is an unknown breed but she/he is starting to develop a crest. She/he is 3 weeks old and we have not seen that she is developing a comb. Does anybody know why, do certain breeds not have combs, medical disabilities, etc..?

Yes, I have some pics, I also have another thread trying to figure out what breed she or he is because we have been trying to figure out what she is almost since we got her when she was 3 days old shes a 3 weeks now. Also, I thought polish chicken have bumps on their head when they're born she just has some fluff and feathers on her head and she just started getting those feathers.

Good, I just was worried she had something wrong with her. I'm glad you think she looks healthy!! Also, she is very cute and she has tons of personality♥. Lastly, do you know of any hybrids that do not have any combs or have a guess what breed the chick might be??
